Tunisia-Hakim Ben Hammouda:State institutions have lost their ability to think and foresee

Speaking to Shems FM, Former finance minister Hakim Ben Hammouda considered today, Friday, September 18, 2020, that Tunisians institutions have lost their ability to think and foresee.

Mr Hammouda stated that the Tunisian administration was a forerunner “in the early seventies,” Tunisia was one of the first countries to open its country for export along the lines of Korea”, he added.

He also ndicated that the governments ’treatment of the interior regions’ concerns has not altered since the 1990s,” holding meetings and announcing decisions, but without following them up. ”

Commenting on Tunisia’s import of phosphate for the first time from Algeria, the former minister stressed the need to work on real development programs for internal bodies because the solution lies in the development of the region.
