Tunisia-Hamdi: While preparing a bailout, Ennahdha was plotting against the governmen

Speaking to Jawhara FM, former Minister of National Education Mohamed Hamdi said that when Fakhfakh cabinet was planning mechanisms to rescue the country, its critics, and at their head, Ennahdha, was developing mechanisms to bring down the government.

Mr. Hamdi stated there were indicators to abort this government from the start and  Ennahdha wanted the fall of it.

Responding to the journalist’s remark that Ennahdha was part of the coalition in government, he revealed that this is the amazing and surreal part of politics, that the government and his head Elyes Fakhfakh were malleable, which was not the case. Even the widening of political support was for this purpose, to bend the government. Their plan has failed, it was decided to bring down the government. And to argue that the Covid-19 crisis kept them going for a few months, Ennahdha wanted to get rid of them first.
