Hamma Hammami announced that Qatari assistance of 500 million dinars to Tunisia following the recent state visit of the president of the republic Kais Saied has been collected under conditions.
Hammami added that it would have been more suitable for the President of the Republic to make decisions about the robbed funds, considering that this would do more to support the state coffers.
He also criticised the non-decision making of the President of the Republic, calling for the development of a national plan to lift the country out of the debt abyss.
