Member of the National Chamber of Classified Bakery Owners Hamouda Tarhouni confirmed the need to comply with the President of the Republic’s decision on classified and unclassified bakeries, as this action is part of a program of a series of comprehensive reforms.
Speaking to Tunisie Numerique, Tarhouni affirmed that they are attached to bakeries classified by this decision, adding that the citizen, in turn, is not aware of the classification of bakeries.
He again condemned the difference in the selling prices of Bagette, noting that the decision of the President of the Republic would positively affect the availability of bread and which will be fixed for 190 millimes.
