Tunisia-Harassment of students at Kondar High School: director receives 2 years in prison

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Ali Abdelmoula, the spokesperson for the Sousse 2 court of first instance indicated that the director of Kondar high school (governorate of Sousse) was condemned to two years in prison for sexually harassing a student abusing his role of authority.

Abdelmoula indicated in the same context that the judge had issued an arrest warrant against a teacher implicated in the same case specifying that it was decided to defer the case to the hearing of March 15, 2022.

Remember that this case started with the publication on social networks of screenshots of compromising discussions between this director and a student by a teacher working in the same high school.
