Tunisia-Hatem El Euchi: Kais Saied is unable to dissolve the Superior Council of the Magistracy

Speaking into the microphone of a private radio station, the former Minister of State Domains and Land Affairs Hatem El Euchi voiced that the President of the Republic Kais Saied is incapable to dissolve the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM ). “It is likely that Saied will issue a decree on specific amendments,” he said, emphasising that only magistrates are capable of solving the problems facing professionals in the sector.
