Tunisia-Hatem Mliki: next Parliament will be extension of Saïed political system (audio)

Political activist Hatem Mliki assessed that the next Parliament, which should emerge from the legislative elections, will be an extension of the political system of President Saied.

In a statement made, this Thursday, January 19, 2023 to Tunisie Numérique, Mliki also revealed that the current system is characterized by the absence of authorities and that Saied alone determines the different positions and decisions on all levels.

He emphasised that the next parliament will be one of the departments or functions of the political process of the President and that it will not be independent.
