Tunisia-HPR signs national anti-corruption strategy agreement

The House of People’s Representatives (HPR) officially adopted the national anti-corruption and good governance strategy charter, the signing ceremony took place at the local HPR headquarters in the presence of house speaker Rached Ghannouchireported the TAP Agency.
Among the principal goals of this comprehensive plan is the gradual strengthening of political participation in the fierce battle against corruption. “The involvement of politicians in the fight against this scourge cannot be fostered without a firm adhesion of the HPR and the government in this national strategy,,” said President of the National Anti-Corruption Authority (INLUCC) Chawki Tabib.

For his partRached Ghannouchi sufficiently indicated that the HPR had enthusiastically supported this official policy and that he was honoured to adequately carry on its lifelong commitment to this strategy by signing this agreement.
