Tunisia-I Watch addresses gaps in the vaccination system

As part of its follow-up to the coronavirus vaccination campaign, I Watch indicated that reports reaching the “vaxmeter.tn” site reported that some administrative health officials who are not concerned by the first stage of vaccination were vaccinated.

I Watch additionally reported that health workers, such as plastic surgeons, veterinarians, medical students residing abroad and citizens who are not involved as priority groups for vaccination against the virus profited from the vaccine.

Accordingly, I Watch called on the Ministry of Health to uphold the priorities specified in the national vaccination strategy, in order to ensure equal opportunities.
