Lawyer and member of the Defense Committee of the dismissed judges Kamel Ben Messaoud told Tunisie Numérique that the provisional council of the judiciary has lifted immunity on the Association of Tunisian magistrates (AMT) president Anas Hmadi.
Ben Messaoud revealed that this measure is illegal confirming that an appeal will be filed to challenge this decision.
