Tunisia-INLUCC: Administrative cars, new scandals

The National Authority for the Fight against Corruption (INLUCC) today reported suspicions of corruption regarding the illicit usage of 13 administrative cars by executives not occupying any post within a public establishment under the supervision of the Ministry of Communication Technologies.

The court report further informed that two technicians in the said establishment were able to profit from this advantage although their status does not allow it.

The Instance further added that a person has been designated to head the regional directorate and has profited from all the subsidies and privileges in kind that need to be given to the person occupying such a position while inquiries have proved that this post was not vacant and that another person has already been appointed to head the establishment.
