Interior Minister Hichem Mechichi, on Saturday, met with president of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) Chawki Gueddes at the headquarters of the department.
The meeting focused on a series of issues and bills the Ministry is working to put in place and which fall within the jurisdiction of the Authority.
Gueddes welcomed the participatory approach adopted by the ministry and the continuous exchange of views, said a statement by the ministry.
The two sides expressed their willingness to further develop cooperation.
