Tunisia-Interior ministry to severely enforce curfew measures

The Interior Ministry said in a statement on Sunday that security units will rigorously implement curfew measures.

The department calls on citizens to rigidly respect the curfew hours, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., in a health protocol directed at curbing the spread of COVID-19.

The same source maintains that the application of the measures adopted by the National Commission for coronavirus has been prolonged to January 15, 2021.

According to the statement, these measures involve preventive and health actions, curfews and the ban on movement between regions except in exceptional cases, in addition to the ban on gatherings and public and private parties.
