The head of communication at the Tunis court of first instance confirmed this Thursday that the investigating judge in charge of the case, today issued an international arrest warrant against former President Moncef Marzouki.
The case relates to the comments made by Marzouki on the set of a French TV channel, to proclaim his pride in having been implicated in the postponement of the summit of the Francophonie which was to take place in Djerba.
