Tunisia-Issam Chebbi: Participation in the Referendum is involvement in the crime of overthrowing the 2014 constitution
Republican Party Secretary General Issam Chebbi called on citizens to boycott the Referendum because of President Kais Saied’s “coup” against the 2014 constitution.
Chebbi clarified that participation in the referendum is an implication of the crime of overthrowing the constitution, believing that the Referendum is an try to bury democracy.
He stressed that the whole concern of the President of the Republic is to gather all the powers in his hands, without paying attention to the real issues of Tunisians.
