Tunisia-Iyadh Elloumi: We gave the government a chance to reform the 2020 supplementary finance bill, but it did not respond

Speaking to Shems FM, Qalb Tounes  MP Iyadh Elloumi affirmed that the 2020 supplementary finance bill in its current formula does not differ greatly from the one previously withdrawn by the administration.

The MP said that his party urged the government to modify it however it didn’t respond.

Moreover, he accused parties from Youssef Chahed cabinet of standing behind what he described as an “economic disaster”, especially at the level of public finances.
