Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,MP Iyadh Loumi said that the judge is not entitled to read the law as he sees fit, adding that the arrest of Nabil Karoui breaks all legal and procedural rules.
The MPs and even the citizens have the right to know what is going on on this topic, he added.
Iyadh Loumi condemned the context in which decisions concerning Nabil Karoui were taken, believing that the situation was much better under the Ben Ali regime.
He further called on MPs to boycott sessions in parliament until justice is served.
