Spokesperson for the National Guard, Brigadier General Houssam Eddine Jebabli, reported today, Monday, September 7, 2020, that the Counter-Terrorism Department arrested several people and unveiled cells experienced in poisoning and stabbing operations and received lessons in booby-trapping and making explosives remotely.
