Tunisia-Jamila Ksiksi: There was an exchange of violence between Attayar and Al Karama’s MPs

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,Ennahdha MP Jamila Ksiksi affimed her party denounced the use of violence by MPs.

As to how the Presidency of Parliament reacted, Ksiksi answered that MPs were “of full age and vaccinated” and the House speaker could have done nothing more than to postpone the session, considering that the actual problem lies in the internal regulations of the ARP.

The MP evoked that the law does not present for any legal tool to fight against this “exchange of violence between the deputies of Al Karama and those of Attayar”.

Responding to those who estimate that Ennahdha tries to protect Al Karama’s coalition, the MP said the latter is entirely independent of her party and that they are two separate beings.
