Tunisia – Jebal Al Ahmar: Triple murder… criminal police investigating

The first investigating judge at the Court of First Instance of Tunis issued a rogatory commission for the benefit of the Sub-Directorate of Criminal Affairs in Al-Gorjani. The goal is to unveil the circumstances surrounding the alleged murder perpetrated by a husband against his wife, mother, and uncle using a sharp weapon inside their family house in the Jebal Al-Ahmar district of the capital.

According to preliminary data, the wife’s neighbours were intrigued this evening by the absence of any activity and sign of life inside the house where the tragedy happened, so they informed the security agents who arrived at the scene, where three bodies of the wife, her mother and her uncle were discovered lying on the ground.

According to initial examinations, the three bodies bore traces of an attack suspected of having been achieved with a sharp object, probably a hammer.

According to the same data, suspicion was directed towards the husband who fled. And the reasons for the crime still remain unknown.
