Tunisia-Jed Mrabet appointed as new head of TBCC

After having listened and accepted the moral report as well as the financial report and after taking notes of the auditor’s report, the General Assembly approved the formulation of the electoral committee which is composed of Ms Faiza Douzi, Mr Chafik El Béhi Béhi and Ms Wissem Zayen.
The Election Committee proceeded to the appointment of its President Ms Faiza Douzi and later called the members to an elective General Assembly for the election of the executive office as well as the ethics committee. Following the vote and in accordance with the TBCC laws, the members selected the Board of Directors.
The members of the Board of Directors have voted unanimously on the election of Jed Mrabet as new President, the Board of Directors and the assembly have also collectively awarded to Mehdi Ben Abdallah, the title of Honorary President of the Chamber for his leadership and the excellent work performed to revitalize the performance of the TBCC as a vital actor in the development of economic relationships between Tunisia and Great Britain and in strengthening the role of mixed chambers for the support of the Tunisian economy.

The new Board of Directors is composed as follows:

  •  President: Mohamed Jed Mrabet, Mrabet Avocats
  • Honorary President: Mehdi Ben Abdallah, Exia
  • 1st Vice-President: Abdessalem Loued, Huilerie Loued
  •  2nd Vice-President: Fetah Krichene, Technopole Sfax
  • Secretary General: Cyrine Hafaiedh Triki, AON Tunisia
  • Deputy Secretary-General: Selma Elloumi, International Tunisian Trading Company
  • Treasurer: Namia Ayedi, Attijari Bank
  • Assistant Treasurer: Habib Ben Gharbia, Capmaris
  • Member: Khaled Ben Jemaa, SAM
  • Member: Mohamed Bougriba, Vivo Energy
  • Member: Zakaria Louati, Texnor
  • Member: Mohamed Ali Aboudi, MAAP
  • Member: Sahbi Amara, Clarke Energy
  • Member: Omar Guiga
