Tunisia-Jendouba: Citizens anger pushes PM Mechichi to leave regional hospital

Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi Al-visited the regional hospital in Jendouba this evening, Friday 4 December 2020, to examine the status of this health facility after the death of the resident doctor.

The PM visit was accompanied by a state of hostility and tension among the residents who gathered in front of the hospital, and expressed their dissatisfaction with the incident, raising the slogan “Degage ” in the face of a number of officials.

In the face of the great tension, the PM left the hospital in the presence of heavy security.
