Journalist Chadha Haj Moubarak appeared before the Tunisian Court of Cassation in the “Instalingo” company affair. The court was tasked with considering the decision issued by the indictment chamber of the Court of Appeal in Sousse, which overturned the decision to close the investigation after dismissing the charge against her.
The first investigating judge in the second office of the court concluded, on June 19, 2023, the research related to the investigative file known as the “Anstalingo” company case after completing it, and decided to dismiss the charges against 15 suspects, including journalist Chadha Haj Moubarak, and to direct 36 defendants to the indictment chamber on release and arrest state.
As a result, the indictment department overturned the decision to close the inquiry.
