Tunisia-Judges declare a strike from June 6

The majority of participants in the extraordinary national council of the Association of Tunisian magistrates voted for the principle of a strike from Monday, June 6, in all courts and throughout the week with the chance of renewal

Only burial authorizations and extremely urgent terrorism cases will not be impacted by the strike. Open sit-ins in all union and judicial headquarters and structures have likewise been decided. No candidacy will be submitted to substitute a dismissed magistrate or to hold positions in commissions under the ISIE.
