The coordination of judicial structures confirmed that the policy of orchestrated intimidation will not cause magistrates to yield defending the independence of the judiciary and to reject abusive dismissals in order to maintain the constitutional achievements and put an end to the stranglehold on the judiciary.
On the other hand, the coordination said it was shocked by the policy of headlong rush by the executive power and the way of complicating the crisis when it is the cause of it rather than opening the doors of dialogue in order to attain fair and equitable solutions.
The coordination likewise cautioned against any abusive measures against magistrates, underlining its predisposition to deal with them by all possible means at the national and international levels.
It calls on the magistrates to believe in their cause and to continue their union in order to protect the values and the foundations of the independence of the judiciary.
