The eighth criminal chamber of the court of first instance of Tunis rejected the request for the release of journalist Mohamed Boughalleb, delaying the examination of the case which concerns him until April 17.
The legal proceedings follow a complaint lodged by an official of the Ministry of Religious Affairs against Boughalleb, currently in detention.
