The union of agents and executives of the Ministry of Justice declared its refusal to conform with the last schedule announced by the Ministry of Justice, following the latest decisions adopted by the prime minister to curb the spread of COVID-19.
The union affirms that the timetable forced by the ministry, as well as the work in two groups with one hour difference, do not match the activities of the courts, considering that hearings begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 2:30 p.m. The union adds that the timetable announced by the ministry implies that officials at this level do not know anything about the functioning of the courts.
The union, therefore, notifies all users that the work will take place, without modification, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
