Tunisia-Justice ministry warns: Strikers’ payroll withholding will continue

Remarking on the decision of the coordination of judicial structures relating to the extension of the judges’ strike for the 4th consecutive week, the Ministry of Justice revealed that the deduction from the wages of the strikers will continue.
 
It cautioned about the possibility of taking disciplinary measures against the striking judges in accordance with Decree 11-2022 of February 12, 2022. The ministry likewise called on magistrates to assume their responsibility and focus on their right to work.
