Tunisia-Kairouan: 17 bakeries closed for this reason

On the first day of Ramadan, the head of Kairouan Modern Bakery Group, Abdelbaki Abdellaoui said Saturday, April 2, 2022, that 17 modern bakeries have shut down in  Kairouan, due to the lack of semolina and flour, resulting in a shortage of bread.

Adding that he had requested the regional director of trade to interfere and provide the region’s share to supply it with semolina.
