Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Said Kalai, director of the Ibn Rachik regional library in Kairouan, confirmed that the city suffers from the phenomenon of anarchic stalls.
He stated that traders set up their stalls of goods up to the level of the central door of the library. He clarified that they act as if they were above the law. Kalai called on regional authorities to intervene to find a solution to this scourge and apply the law to everyone.
