Unknown individuals set fire to a cart and a horse yesterday, Wednesday, May 7, in the El Menchia district in downtown Kairouan, Tunisie Numérique correspondent reported.
The scene was painful and aroused the indignation of the city’s residents who called on the competent authorities to intervene and identify those implicated in this incident.
Remark that the cart is the only source of income for the owner who earned his living by collecting and selling plastic bottles.
