Tunisia – Kaïs Saïed invited to participate in Africa-China Cooperation Forum in Beijing

President of the Republic, Kais Saied, received from the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, an invitation to partake in the next session of the Africa-China Cooperation Forum, which will meet in September 2024 in Beijing.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, received an invitation letter from the Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia, Wan Li, during their meeting today, Friday, at the ministry’s headquarters. According to a report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two parties examined upcoming events to be organized in China, both on the bilateral (Tunisian-Chinese) and multilateral levels, especially the Arab-Chinese Cooperation Forum, which will be held at the end of this month.

 

They also discussed the best ways to advance ties between the two countries to a higher level and further develop bilateral cooperation in various priority areas for Tunisia.
