Tunisia-Kais Saied:”Zero tolerance for attempted sabotage and arson”

“The blazes that have broken out in several regions of the nation are not random… Even the sea has not been spared from the scorched earth policy”, declared the President of the Republic, Kais Saied from the headquarters of the ministry of the Interior.

“These fires are synchronous with certain declarations issued by the National Salvation Front (an initiative of Ahmed Nejib Chebbi)…Untrue rumours and defamation have been spread…But they will not teach us values, morals and patriotism”, a- he specified. He also emphasised the prosecution of the instigators of the fires and the necessity to keep the fields and the cereal harvest, adding the application of zero tolerance for those who attempt to sabotage the country and starve the Tunisians. “What salvation are they speaking about and what government? “, he wondered, “They also speak about attacks on rights and freedoms, then praise outside spreading lies and fake news,” he continued.
