Tunisia-Kasserine: 15 patients with pneumonia admitted to pediatric services

The Regional Director of Health in Kasserine Abdelghani Chaâbani told Tunisie Numérique that 15 patients with pneumonia were admitted to the pediatric services.

He confirmed that the state of health of children is stable ensuring that it was decided to grow the capacity within the service in question if required.

The same source has declared that one contamination by the Shigella virus has been registered since last October highlighting that screening operations will continue.

According to him, no contamination by the coronavirus has been identified in the region for a month.
