This followed the Public Prosecutor’s launch of an inquiry against nine security officers on charges of premeditated murder with prior intent and participation in the act, as confirmed by Imed El-Omri, the deputy prosecutor and official spokesperson for the Kasserine court.
He stressed that the investigating judge had released seven security officers under the same case.
