The interim delegate of Foussana, Jawhar Chaabani, confirmed in a statement to the press, today Wednesday, May 8, 2024, that damage of between 20% and 40% of production had been registered in 690 hectares of apple plantations, different fruit trees, olive trees and cereals, in the Bouderias zone of the Foussana delegation in the governorate of Kasserine, due to the hail that fell on the region today, Wednesday, May 9, 2024.
Over the past 24 hours, the Kasserine region has experienced variable rain in all delegations, in addition to hailstones that fell in the Bouderias area of the Foussana border delegation.
