Tunisia-Kef: A decision to ban employing children in electoral campaigns

The judge of Women and Children Affairs in the court of the first instance in Kef issued an immediate ruling banning the exploitation of children in presidential and legislative campaigns. The rule aims to protect children moral and physical integrity from various political and party polemics and ideological employment.

The ruling came after a filed request from the child protection delegate in Kef and accordance to provision 20 of the child welfare journal . The banning was circulated to all judicial and security authorities in the region as well as Kef mayor and the ISIE regional office.
