Tunisia – Kidnapping of a Yacht in receivership at El Kantaoui port

The spokesperson for the Sousse Court of First Instance declared that a judicial inquiry was initiated following the disappearance of a yacht that was under receivership at the port of El Kantaoui.
The yacht was the subject of litigation between three people, the initial owner, a buyer, and a third person announcing to hold a promise of sale. The yacht was taken by the initial owner who set sail at the dawn of last July 7, without the port wardens informing the authorities.
