Morocco declared it will be providing medical assistance to Tunisia to fight as COVID-19.
Morocco intends to provide “two complete and autonomous resuscitation units” with the capacity to support 100 beds to the Tunisian people, Morocco’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in a statement under the direction of King Mohammed VI.
Morocco will also send “100 respirators and two oxygen generators.”
Each oxygen generator will reportedly have the ability to produce up to 33 cubic meters of oxygen per hour.
The statement asserted the “active solidarity between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Tunisia” as motivation for the humanitarian mission.
