Customs authorities at the northern terminal of the port of La Goulette were able to confiscate a quantity of cannabis (Zatla), estimated at 72 plates weighing more than 7 kilograms, which was well concealed inside the car of a Tunisian traveller living in abroad, according to a report published Monday by Tunisian customs.
A detention report was drawn up for this purpose and, after consultation with the public prosecutor, permission was given to transmit the file to the competent security services for further inquiry.
