Tunisia-leaders of National Salvation Front will refuse to submit to summons of the investigating judge [video]

The founder of the National Salvation Front Ahmed Nejib Chebbi revealed today that he was convened with attorneys Ridha Belhaj, Chaima Aïssa and Jawher Ben Mbarek against the background of a complaint filed by PDL leader Abir Moussi on December 27.

Nejib Chebbi confirmed that the complaint was dealt with after 24 hours accusing the public prosecutor and the impartial investigating judge due to political disputes with the individuals involved.

He recollected that the former secretary general of the Democratic current Ghazi Chaouachi, the lawyer Ayachi Hammami and the former head of state Moncef Marzouki were also summoned to justice.

Chebbi has, in this regard, recalled that the National Salvation Front has cautioned frequently against the legal proceedings which will be engaged against “first-class opponents”.

According to him, the leaders of the front will reject to submit to the summons of the investigating judge.
