The Committee on Foreign Relations, Migration, International Cooperation and Tunisians Abroad approved; during a hearing session of representatives of the Ministry of Justice, a draft law relating to the criminal exchange agreement between Tunisia and Algeria.
This agreement will therefore help to combat transnational crimes and deal with criminals who perpetrate crimes in both countries, through the exchange of information on the files of criminals who escape in both borders directions.
