Tunisia-Legislative: 11 rejected appeals

The administrative court gave this Thursday, January 12, 2023, its decisions regarding the appeals filed against the judgments pronounced by the Chambers of Appeal in charge of the disputes of first instance linking to the preliminary results of the first round of the legislative elections, disclosed the manager of Communication from the department, Faycel Bouguerra.

Seven appeals were denied in form while four others, including three deposited by the Independent High Authority for Elections, were rejected on the merits.

It should be cited that nine other decisions will be pronounced, tomorrow Friday, January 13, 2023, after the completion of the plenary assembly of the administrative court.
