Tunisia-LTDH denounces appearance of civilians before military court

The Tunisian League for Human Rights (LTDH) condemned the appearance of civilians before the military courts believing that it is a violation of international human rights conventions.

Calling the Tunisian State to respect its international commitments, the LTDH denounced the violation of the standards of fair trials and criminal justice.

The LTDH, in the same sense, cautioned against the repercussions of the repression of freedoms.
