Tunisia-Mabrouk Korchid: “The administrative tribunal must assume its historical responsibility and render a fair decision”

In a post published on his page this Saturday, March 26, 2022,  frozen MP, Mabrouk Korchid talked about the transparency and independence of justice. “After having respected all the deadlines mandated by law, following a complaint addressed to the President of the Republic to withdraw Decree No. 117 of 2021 on the organization of public authorities in compliance with the requirements of the law,  I filed last week a complaint about misuse of power in the above-mentioned case before the administrative court,” he said. “This decree is the foundation of the absolute authority in which we live today and on the basis of which decrees and ordinances are issued, rather the decisions of the sultan which no one can contest in court, and which will lead Tunisia into another decade, as dark or dimmer than the last one. And so that we do not tell tomorrow that the President of the Republic has monopolized all the powers and that attorneys, politicians and Tunisians have not moved a reed, administrative justice, which we are used to be daring and impartial, bears its historic responsibility to say the word of the law on the subject of decree n ° 117 of September 22, 2021. Free men, in particular lawyers, must completely play their role in the protection of the rights of Tunisians ” , he clarified.
