Zouhair Maghzaoui, secretary general of the People’s Movement, called, this Sunday, July 17, 2022, the citizens of Sidi Bouzid, to partake in masses in the referendum of July 25 and to vote “yes” to the project of the new Constitution.
He announced that going in this way goes beyond the Constitution to impact the whole political process in Tunisia. “Vote ‘yes’ will permit passing from the fictitious democracy to that of the people,” he said.
He affirmed that the old system has destroyed the nation and that several martyrs have paid a high price, because of the domination of a single party.
