Following shared charges of corruption by high ranking judges, the Tunisian Association of Young Lawyers called on the prosecution to promptly take the required measures in order to preserve the rights of litigants and to enforce the law.
The association also condemned the fact that certain “judicial representations” take advantage of “the misfortunes” of litigants for completely sectoral claims.
