Tunisia-Manar Skandrani: Mehrzia Laâbidi did not board a private plane for France

Remarking on rumours that MP Mehrzia Laabidi was taken to France onboard a private plane, Member of  Ennahdha Manar Skandrani confirmed in a Facebook post this Sunday, November 15, that Laabidi and her husband boarded an ordinary plane.

She likewise stated that Laabidi’s journey was due neither to a heart attack nor to coronavirus, but simply an appointment with her attending physician in France in relationship with difficulty in walking.

The price of health insurance in Western countries ranges between 40 and 100 euros, and it is these insurance companies that cover the transport of patients in case of emergency, she added.
