The Local Labor Union in Skhira said that some state-owned companies like AGIL and ETAP are under enormous pressure to abandon the purchase of shares in three other companies.
A manoeuvre that aims, according to the union, to assure that these shares are bought by foreign multinationals so that the share capital of these companies is not majority-owned by the state.
Repeating its unconditional support for the public sector, the union condemned this unilaterally decided process which imperils the social atmosphere in the city.
