The governorate of Manouba reported, Friday, September 18, 2020, the highest number of infections in one day since the commencement of the COVID-19 pandemic last March, with 31 local cases, in addition to one death, bringing the number of cases carrying the virus in the governorate to 142 including 03 imported, according to the regional director of health, Nabila Gaddour.
The aforementioned infections concern previous patient contacts, including 09 cases in the city of Manouba, most of the family of the elderly person who died on Friday, then a doctor in the emergency room of Kassab hospital, 09 contagions in Oued Ellil, 07 in Douar Higher, 02 in El Jadida, 02 in Mornaguia, 01 in Tébourba and 01 in Borj El Amr
